How to know the price of the product of my interest?

If you are interested in purchasing one or more products, send us a message using the form found in the https://www.kalstein.us/contact/ section, once received, one of our agents will contact you to send you the quote correspondent.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery time of your product will depend on the following:
  1. The type of freight you have chosen, this may be; Air or sea.
  2. If the equipment of your interest is in stock or if it must be manufactured.
NOTE: the maximum delivery time regardless of freight and / or stock verification is 90 days.
How does the warranty work?

We offer the necessary support for any problem that the equipment may have during the warranty period against manufacturing failures. This does not include electrical parts. We offer a 1 year warranty for each of our products, this warranty is generated through our Production and Development Management, making sure you get the original spare parts of our product lines.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping area.

My order has been damaged during transport.
If you find, once the delivery is accepted, that the product has details, immediately contact our customer service and send the following images by email:
● A photo of the product (full view)
● A photo of the product detail (close up)
● A photo of the package (full view)
A second shipment or refund may be made
